Let’s cut to the chase: Can you deliver results?

I can’t tell you how many people I come across who claim to be “results driven” or “data driven” or “creator of win-win situations.” But when it comes time to share those results, they remain silent.

How could that be? Because delivering results is hard. If it were easy, then we’d all be doing it. It wouldn’t be a skill we put on our resumes or use to describe ourselves. It would be a commodity.

My friend Aaron Weiche put it best when he said “you either need to be remarkable or be replaceable.”

And it all comes down to delivering results.

So it’s easier to talk about results than to deliver them, how do we get ourselves on the right track?
