Luiz Oswaldo Carneiro Rodrigues ( LOR ) was born in Belo Horizonte (Brazil) in 1949. He started publishing cartoons in 1973 under the pseudonym of LOR, and published about 5,000 drawings in the form of cartoons, caricatures and comic strips in some of the largest publishers of Brazil.
